We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." This is my 2nd Healthy Back Bag. The other is still in use after 9 years. This bag holds all the things that a mother needs for family outings. Given its weight, it is quite comfortable to carry. The security strap is a great help towards keeping the bag on the back, where it belongs. The multitude of compartments and keepers make this bag very versatile. The only change I would suggest is that the padding on the shoulder strap needs to be longer. I have it adjusted to the shortest length possible, and the padding just doesn't protect my shoulder completely.
