We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." I purchased the small version for daily use. I usually carry small bags, but the small Healthy Back bag is larger than I expected. I subsequently purchased the extra-small size, which is better for me for daily use (and kept the small version for a travel carry-on). I love the roomy and well-organized interior: I can find things easily and quickly. I have a history of a herniated disk in my neck, and so handbags and shoulder bags are uncomfortable; but the Healthy Back bag is pain-free, strain-free, and does not throw off my spinal alignment. I hope to use the Healthy Back bag exclusively from now on.
