I only used this piece of luggage twice, one was carry on and the other check in on a non stop flight with only 2/3 full flight. This piece was purchased on july 20,2007. To my surprise and great disappointment,the side handle broke off and a piece of metal hangs out. The whole week long travel, we have to deal with this broken handle being afraid it might poke someone.

I bought this suitcase for interview weekends, and it's worked out well. Fits snugly into overheads, holds my suit in place with minimal wrinkles, and the waterproof storage is great for anything dampn on the return trip. The angled handle can be a bit awkward at times, but the 4 wheels make it easy to push and pull this model. The zipper is a little stiff but so far seems secure. Does not expand, but the internal space is nicely alloted and meets my quick-trip needs.

This case is extremely well made with good capacity inside and out. The outer pockets are sizable and sturdy; the upper pocket on the outside is perfect for quick access to my quart-size Ziplock bag of 3-oz liquids. I never would have imagined how much easier this type of wheel system would be (over the double, fixed wheel system). I expect that this luggage will last and look good for a very long time.

We read a review in this spring's Wall Street Journal where the Quattro 360 was featured and we decided to try something new. This bag with its four wheels and bending handle is SO easy to pull, push, or even swing along beside another; I often have to guide two of these bags at once since my spouse is handicapped. It is also an easy bag to grip for lifting because the handles are so study and there is a grip built in underneath. Two other features I especially find helpful: the "suiter" section inside the lid allow me to arrange clothes on our own hangars, fold them up, then release, shake them out and hang them up when we arrive at our destination. Everything is held securely in place with minimal wrinkling. . There is a generous snap-on, see-through, zip bag on one end which is great for storing large toiletry items or what-have-you. The price is right too.
