Of course warranty does not cover cosmetic wear or cleaning, nor does it cover the replacement of lost or stolen bags and/or its contents.

We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." I was dissappointed to find out it did not come with a baggage tag. My prior purchase of a cabin duffle came with one. The picture at the time of purchase showed one. I'm sure some bean counter figured out how much the company could save by eliminating this. Make sure he subtracts any future buisness from me. Joe
