I have owned a calpak for about 4 years and decided to buy another one but am very disappointed with this model. On arrival at my destination (this piece was carry on luggage by me)I discovered the frame had broken. My travels were to be for five weeks but wanting to bring this back to the store I purchased it from I strapped it and used it.

I ordered this backpack for my 9 yr old son. He was so excited when it arrived. \n\nThe books that these children are required to carry in the backpacks are entirely too heavy for them. There are no lockers at school, therefore, they have to carry every textbook with them. \n\nThis rolling backpack has been a wonderful resolution to the hurting back and carrying situation. He is able to roll it, the handle is quick and handy. Not difficult to use. \n\nI am so glad that I ordered this backpack. Thanks so much!
