I got this bag for my ten year old son and he uses it every day for school. He walks home with it and has not complained of anything with it as of yet. He has had it for about a month now. He is the one that answered these questions, too. He says that it is very comfortable and there is more than enough room for all of his books.

This bag was better than I thought it would be. Compartment for laptop is cushioned, which I didn't know about. Plus is still roomy enough to add a few more things. Plus large pocket in front is very handy also. It was well worth the long search for this bag.
