I was pleasantly surprised to find it has more pockets than described and what appears in the photos, which I appreciate. There are 2 full size pockets in front. The outer one has a conveniently hidden magnetic seal under the liner and the other is just below the handle which opens only enough to fit your hand. On the back is a zippered pocket but also another full sized magnetically sealed one. The leather strap for sliding over a travel bag is nicely attached in the center with Velcro to keep it snug against the bag. The shoulder strap is well padded with foam rubber and I particularly like the slight curve for a more comfortable fit around the shoulder and that it slides on the strap so that I can adjust the angle of the bag on cold days when I have my hands in my pockets and it rests more on my back. I'm glad the stitching is a light grey color and does not stand out as much as I thought it might. The construction seems solid and the leather has a nice feel and finish. The only negative would be the difficult access to the "office supplies" pockets in the laptop storage compartment. With the laptop in place, and since the zipper does not extend all the way down, it is difficult to reach the lower pockets. It makes more sense to have these pockets in the document storage compartment which has a full length zipper and would be more convenient since I'm usually reaching for pens, paper clips, etc. when I'm working with documents.

Service and delivery comments:

It could have been packaged better using stiff corners. The package had obviously been damaged and repaired during shipment with the bottom corner left exposed. I think I was lucky there were no scuffs on the leather.
