We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

It's a wonderful backpack, but for[$]I wouldn't expect flaws. The credit card and pen compartments are sewn in too high in the pockets, so they're unusable (the card or pen would stick up too high so the pocket can't be zipped closed). The straps are very long. I punched additional buckle holes to shorten them, but you can shorten them only so far. It seems to be designed for a large person. I bought it for travel, and it's very durable and doesn't show wear-and-tear. I loaded it up with a laptop and other heavy items, and it bore the load well. It *looks* high-quality and generally is, but it had flaws.
