I am using my bag to carry my art supplies and journals on an art study trip through Europe. I am going to buy a second one in black. My sketch book fits perfectly in the computer pocket where it is protected and there are lots of pockets for eraser, pencils and even my wallet, passport, and cell phone. It feels really soft and durable and I only need the one bag.

I needed a bag to take on vacation to India, and it needed to be very versatile... Needed to be: 1) Secure 2) Protective enough of my Leica Camera that I didn’t have to carry another bag 3) Light enough that I wouldn’t hate carrying it 4) Suitable for everyday use 5) Large enough to carry passports, glasses, cameras and all the other odds and sods 6) Easy to Clean 7) Sufficient pockets that I could find things easily 8) Adjustable strap that could be worn messenger style / backpack and over-the-shoulder. This bag fits all my needs. I was afraid when I ordered it that my camera would not fit: it is a bulky 7”x5”x4” in its neoprene case. However, it slots comfortably into the computer sling, and my daughter’s compact Pentax DMC-TZ5 nestles in nicely beside it. I would not recommend putting cameras in the bag without other protection. The outside open pockets (covered by the flap) are just the right size for my oversized wraparound sunglasses in their case, and my reading glasses, and my Joby Gorillapod SLR Tripod lies below the computer sling (would also be good for an umbrella). The front zippered pocket will protect my iPhone. Did I mention an open pocket on the rear for easy access to maps or boarding passes? There is still a little room in the main compartment for my First-Aid Kit, make-up bag, book, gloves, and sweater. Obviously, with all this hardware inside I NEED it to be secure! The computer sling is lightly padded and has a Velcro strap, it hangs bout an inch from the bottom of the bag, but as the leather is soft it won’t make that much difference, hence the stowing of my tripod! The front zip pocket is the full width of the bag, and the long flap with the weighted brass ring covers the open pockets well. The magnetic snap is quite strong. What will really keep my possessions safe is that fact that they will be hugged close to my body! The adjustable strap is surprisingly comfortable and, the leather is so supple that it molds the contents to your body making this one of the most comfortable bags I’ve worn. It is not a “pretty bag”, but it is both rugged and sophisticated making it suitable for both sexes. So far I am most delighted with this find! The only thing I would change is adding a zipper across the main compartment for added security. The soft nature of the bag probably doesn't provide the best protection, but it makes it usable for me, and so I give it 5*. I also purchased the David King Large Cross Body for those days I just need documents / books compact camera and want to travel light –see my separate review.

An absolutely fabulous bag! It carries work/personal items sleekly and comfortably w/easy access to anything I might need. For travel, the strap adjusts to easily fit a carry-on bag between it and my shoulder. I've spent twice as much for a bag not nearly as 'workable.' I do not change bags often so the quality and workmanship have to high. This bag meets/exceeds all of my criteria. I'll buy another to keep in reserve!!

a nice bag made of good quality leather, but the internal pockets should close so stuff doesn't fall out and it's a little on the small side for a man, I can't quite fit all the stuff I need when travelling into it (as a carry-on, not as a suitcase). If you don't need too much stuff it should work well.

I use this bag primarily as a commuter tote for books, magazines & the like. I try to take full advantage of all of its features, such as the penholders & smaller pockets which are ideal for glasses, keys & cellphones. Owning this bag has provided me with a way to easily consolidate all that I need to carry.

I love this bag! So far I have used it for job interviews, travel, general errands, and apartment hunting. I expect to use it for school soon. I probably won't use if for my laptop, but, mainly because I am overprotective of it - I have a steel case with foam for it. It looks good on your shoulder like a purse, or across the chest, and the strap is very comfortable. I hope they make it in black also, as I will be getting one for work if so. Great bag - recommend it highly.

The pictures and previous reviews make this bag sound like an inCase type of product but they must be carrying a lot of stuff. My 13.3 inch MacBook gets swallowed up by the big pocket and I still have room for a hundred pages of papers, the power cord, calculator and pens.

The strap is soft but doesn't have the usual pad which would've been nice. I haven't broken the strap yet, a usual occurrence, so no matter how it lookst it's durable.

I also like the vertical orientation so I can recharge my Mac while it's in the bag.

Very versatile and easy to carry. It's big enough to hold my laptop and what I really need on a business trip, but is small enough to carry easily. Quality is top notch - great details such as zippered pocket for travel documents and places for pens, etc.

This bag is great! It is big enough to hold everything I want/need, yet not bulky. It is stylish and quality made. And the price???? Can't be beat - believe me, I checked around. This is by far the best value for my money and I would recommend this product to everyone. As for service/delivery...also unbeatable. The bag was delivered very quickly and as promised/described.
