Overall this is an excellent bag. The quality of this bag is excellent. This only thing I can say again the bag is it rides a little low, there for you may get some scraping on the end with the wheels. My lining in one of the two smaller pockets tore at the inner seam; that said, I did NOT contact the company for repair Iâ€™m sure that would fix it. Itâ€™s not that big of deal. I just have two large pockets.

Delivery was prompt and the product was in excellant condition. The customer service department was great! And they are located in the U.S.
