I use the product for school. one average sized book my laptop (7 lbs.) and folders. the rght shoulder strap completely tore off in less than 2 weeks. being used maybe 6 days total. the zippers dig into the mesh material that holds them to the leather potentially tearing the material. i am very sorry this wasnot the craftsmanship promised in the advertisement on this site. also i wrote a review before but they seemed to have not posted it... strange i wonder why. never buy from someone without a return policy or satisfaction guarantee.

made by children in a sweatshop. this garbage could barely fit my laptop (for oversized notebooks none the less) and the zipper dug into the material the zipper was sewn into and the strap started to come loose after 2 weeks of normal use (out of the house with it 4 of 7 days a week). [...]

I've used this backpack for almost six months, primarily for business travel - I've packed it to capacity more than once, with no deterioration of the stitching or zippers. I haven't yet need to treat the leather.
