I use it for air travel. It fits my 17" screen easily. I bought it in black so my husband could use it, too, but the straps are definitely feminine in length. It would help if it had a removable shoulder strap. If I had known about the straps, I would've bought the red one! I kept it wrapped for a while, thinking that I could give it as a gift because it is so nice, especially for the sale price!

Great value, lots of room, sturdy, great for business trips...and defenitely for personal use.
Wish it was offered in Chocolate Brown and had just a little {just a little} more padding for traveling purpose..other than that it is a fantastic bag.
I have recommended it to my co-workers and friends.

I just love this case! The color is perfect (red) my favorite. It has plenty of room for files and lots of pockets. I find the padding is more than enough for traveling. I spilt coffee on it and it cleaned up great with warm water and a little soap. Definitely would buy again!!!!!!

I bought this bag since I was moving down to Mexico to study here for five months. I needed a sturdy bag to carry my 17" laptop in. This bag was great going through the airports and has also been convenient here on and off campus as well. I wouldn't recommend walking long distances with the bag on your shoulder because the weight of the laptop plus the bag and everything you place in the bag could end up placing strain on your shoulder. I think this bag was a good buy for what I was looking for, and it seems to be very durable for young students like me!

This bag is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for my Macintosh MACBOOK PRO 17". I spent about a week looking at every bag, case and shell available and this is the one! The 17" macbook pro fits PERFECTLY with room to spare and there are many pockets and plenty of room for power cord, a min mouse and mouse pad, note pad, pens, cell phone and paperwork. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!! Great value, too and VERY attractive, I have the red. Only thing about it is it's nowhere near as bright red as the picture shows on my computer screen but I LIKE that -- it's a deep red not a bright red.

The fabric is strong and sturdy. I love the fact that I can get a bag in a color other than black or gray....red...that's it!
