So far so good. The suitcase has survived three trips so far and is in virtually the same condition as when it arrived. That's more than I can say for my previous luggage. Only negative would be that it doesn't fit as much as many others of it's size due to it's design and there is only one zipper pocket so storing bath items plus paperwork would be risky but for as often as I travel durability is my number one concern, and this suitcase seems to have it.

Service and delivery comments:

Delivery super fast, customer service super responsive, packaged to avoid damage and easy to order online. Couldn't be happier with the service thus far!
