We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. I use this as my carry-on and just love it. I put all my medicines and gifts in it and anything I need right away or don't want to check. There are so many little places to put things that it holds more than you think. It also fit over my large suitcase and I was able to roll both by myself. It is a little pricy but with the construction and warranty, it is well worth it.
