The fill cap for inflation doesn't 'click' positively and it's possible to get a slow deflation if you don't push down really hard on it.
It seems most comfortable with the opening at the back rather than the front which surprised me.

This pillow is great for air travel and car travel. It is compact, folds flat into itself, is easy to inflate/deflate, and stores nicely in carry-on or purse. I ordered 2; one for myself and one for my husband.

I was so pleased on receiving the Eagle Creek Comfort Travel Pillow in such a short delivery time during the holidays. I purchased this item for my son as a gift. He was very pleased in the convenience of how it folds to be able to put into his carry on luggage and how soft it fells. I travel a few times a month and I always make sure I bring this pillow with me. I absolutely LOVE this pillow. It's so easy to inflate and deflates in seconds as well. I also tried the Eagle Creek Comfort Compact Travel Pillow and it was way too small. My head kept slipping off and it was really uncomfortable (I'm a small girl, I'm 4' 10"). I love how the outside cover is removable and washable. I've washed it a quite a few times and it still looks brand new.
