              I have a smaller sling pack and I was hoping to use this to carry some school books. I took it out for a test hike with probably 10 pounds of stuff and it broke within 20 minutes where the strap connects to the bottom of the bag. Otherwise, a great amount of pockets (inclusing a pocket attachment for the strap) and large enough for a couple school books. I can't recommend it because it broke so easily.

                I purchased this sling backpack as my gym bag and also for when I'm biking.

                I think the product is poorly designed. When worn, the backpack is crooked and doesn't feel balanced no matter how much you adjust the straps. It's bulky and competely uncomfortable for hiking or biking. My previous sling backpack was perfect and I'm incredibly disappointed with this product.

                  I bought the bag because I was taking some day trips into New York City and my purse was cutting into my shoulder by the time I got it loaded with my camera, water bottle and my usual stuff. This is so much more comfortable since it distributes the weight evenly and the strap is nice and wide.
