I bought this to use as a travel journal for a 17 day trip to Italy. After watching a journalist take notss at an event, I knew it was exactly what I needed. I like to use steno-pad grid paper, since Daddy always had that in our house. My pads fit perfectly into this cover. Everything is close at hand, including a pen and a pencil, business cards, passports, tickets, etc. The bright red accent trim makes it easy to spot, and not easily confused with others' pads. Too bad the journalist I was watching didn't know about this pad holder. Maybe I will buy her one as a gift, as I know she would love it too.
