The service was great! The product was even better. The bag was lightweight and quality! It came with big strong hangers, and the material was water resistant. I am very pleased with the garment bag. I got the longer bag for dresses, dance garments, suits. The side pocket is very helpful. It is great for weekend trips, even longer trips...because you can fold it and place it in your suitcase. I am very please with the service and the item I purchased.
