The zipper on this bag broke the first time we used it, in the middle of a trip. It is flimsy and I would not recommend anyone buy it. We had to rip out part of the seam, get the zipper back on track, and sew up the ends of the zipper to get it closed again. Fortunately, ripping out the seam was easy, since it was shoddily sewn in the first place.
Service and delivery comments:
First the wrong bag was delivered. The CS rep I spoke to did not know what to do and had to call me back twice. Instructions for pickup were vague, and CS would not commit to overnighting the correct bag to me. It did arrive in time, but was so flimsy that I was sorry I bought it.

I bought for a vacation to use as a carry on and it was perfect. When folded it was well within the size allowed on most airlines and it carried six suits well.

My husband is a pilot and he absolutely loved this bag. It was the perfect size, the sides of his shirts weren't folded in because of the extra width. The price was super reasonable for this very well made bag. The hangars that come with it are really nice and very heavy duty but it's also nice that he can use his own hangars as well. [...].
