The FlyLite has a graphite memory frame which is remarkably strong but very light weight, making it 30% lighter than most uprights. As the graphite compound has high stiffness-to-weight ratio, it is also the preferred material used on high-end tennis racquets, golf clubs, and fishing rods. The FlyLite is made with 1800 denier polyester that has been laminated to an additional layer of EVA foam which enhances protection for your belongings throughout the luggage. Detachable garment bag inside each piece of luggage folds neatly to minimize wrinkles and the interior wing flaps strap together to hold folded suits in place. The FlyLite expands for 25% more packing space with large #10 self-repairing, interlocking nylon coil zippers on the main and expansion compartments. For those times when you need to pack more, lightweight and expandability work hand-in-hand in maintaining the new weight restrictions imposed by the airlines.

After first use noticed ripped seams. I had to pay to have luggage boxed for return for repair (company did cover postage). I am still waiting for return of repaired luggage (30 days). Waste of my time and money on new luggage that was to be sturdy and out last most luggage. My old luggage after 10 years is just now beginning to rip and I decided to buy new luggage instead of the hassal of getting old luggage repaired. Big mistake.
