This bag is terrible. After two business trips the handle has broken off and the mounts for the shoulder strap are pulling away. The description on Lugage.com seemed to imply the padding was removable which its not. This limits the utility of the bag when a laptop is not involved. I would not recommend this bag to anyone. Pay some more money and get a better bag! If I could get my money back I would.
Service and delivery comments:
Shipping and condition upon arrival were both good. Customer service, however, was not good. After being told of my problems with this bag, the customer service agent essentially said, sorry this isn't our problem. I'm now waiting in limbo with the company to act and am left with a useless bag.

I use it as a laptop briefcase. It is proportioned properly with space, pockets and weight. The price was very reasonable for the product.

My son is graduating from law school this spring and I wanted to give him something that would aid his professional journey AS WELL AS help him remember good old mom all at the same time. The briefcase is not only functional; but, very professional, sleek, and elegant looking. Now, if only the briefcase comes with "good luck"!!!!! - time will only tell.
