Great product...difficult to fit in overhead bin on airplane. Also, enclosed notebook briefcase is not large enough for my 17" laptop to fit inside.

Product was packaged adequately to endure travel.\nDelivery was prompt as promised.\nCustomer service was extraordinary. The person I spoke to went out of his way to make sure the bag was available, would leave the warehouse on that day, and would definitely arrive prior to my departure.
