I LOVE this bag! It is exactly what I thought I was getting. It's whisper quiet as it rolls across marble. It doesn't get any better than that!
I was startled by the color (it's brighter than I expected - more of a fluorescent green) but I get compliments on my bag all the time.
Service and delivery comments:
I had a very easy experience. There were no issues. I felt like my order took a little long to arrive but the fact that I was lugging my new laptop back and forth without the benefit of wheels might have something to do my perception.
My bag arrived in perfect condition. The box scared me though because it got to me ripped and partially open.
