I carry the Milano each day. It has three sections - one for my (17 inch screen) laptop, and two for me! One side section has a large velcro-closure compartment, and the other section has 4 cubbies plus a zipper compartment. The cubbies hold everything - from cell phones to blackberries, pens, pencils, and all of my personal items. It contains all of my purse items, Monday through Friday, and my laptop + its accessories. I have never had a laptop case that could also carry my personal items; it has been very convenient. I no longer feel like a pack-mule! It is two bags in one - AND - very stylish! The only drawback I found, when ordering, is that it is only sold in black. It would be absolutely wonderful if it came in more colors!

I wish the bag was made of a lil nicer exterior material. I would have been willing to pay more. I LOVE the layout of the inside of the bag!!! Separate area for files, laptop and other stuff. Too many other bags put the stuff compartments by the files and then when you try to slide files in they get stuck on the compartments. The handles that are flattened on the top don't really help keep it on your shoulder and they make it uncomfortable to carry in the hand but all of these are bearable because the functionality is better than anything else on the market.

This is a great bag. It seems like, finally, I've found the right carrier for my 17" laptop that will do everything I need it to. Lots of well-placed pockets, attractive, looks and feels like a ladies business bag. Worked well at the airport, and fit beneath the seat on the plane. I would definitely recommend this bag to anyone.

I had a hard time finding a pretty bad for my IBM Thinkpad (16 in screen). Cute bag, nice storage, uncomfortable straps when fully loaded. I wish it came in other colors. Bag arrived quickly & I am very happy with it.
