So if there is a defect with the material or workmanship of your Pakuma™ bag, Pakuma will be happy to replace it for you. If your bag is damaged in the course of life's journey due to normal wear and tear you may not be covered under our warranty.

I was very exited about this bag. I liked the looks and overall it seemed very functional. Unfortunately the seams are completely unsatisfactory. There is only one, single stitched seam holding the strap to the bag. On a trip a couple of months ago, I went to pick it up and the strap ripped from the bag. This is a shame because otherwise it would be a very nice messenger bag. After a quick search of the web, I discovered that others had had this problem as well. Unless Pakuma decides to fix this flaw, I would highly advise against purchasing this bag.
