Overall a great pack, but the shoulder straps need a redesign badly. They need to be internally reinforced, as one already has a small tear were it joins the pack, and they do not size down for smaller people like myself (they seem to have giant Americans in mind for the design).
Service and delivery comments:
There was an issue with my credit card (credit co.'s fault, it turned out) that by all rights should have delayed delivery. I needed it immediately for a trip I was taking however, and the service people were very proactive in making sure I got the pack in time, despite the mixup.

This bag looks great. The traps are a bit too long for a woman even at their shortest. After one trip with some papers and my computer, one of the straps is already coming away from the seam. Would I buy this bag again? Yes. BUT if I had time I would send it back for a new one.

I bought this for my wife to replace a really expensive one I had given her many years ago. She uses hers as a briefcase and takes it to business meetings. She loves this new one because it is high quality leather and stylish and slim design. It's not as bulky as the old one and it makes a better presentation when she takes it to business meetings.
We are very pleased with it!

This bag is great. I absolutely love it. Nice partitions inside with lots of pockets and a separated, paded computer compartment. It is very functional, practical, yet stylish and professional. I use it for both work and school. Great looking, nice chocolate brown leather, and great price. Highly recommended!
