Product is excellent and well made. There is one small flaw. The zipper pulls have an open space where the pull tab attaches to the zipper. This space is too wide. If the pack is move from the front to the side, of one's body, the pull can catch on one's belt loops. If caught, the pull is not easily disloged from the loop.
