Just used product today for first time for an overnight trip by commercial air carrier. Didn't pack much. The bag wheels smoothly and will stand up without falling over even when I have my laptop briefcase slipped over the handle extension. Good value for the price. Good for someone for whom luggage is to get their stuff to their destination and bag, rather than for someone looking to show the world that they were foolish enough to buy expensive "designer" luggage. Time (and more trips) will tell whether the bag holds up, but it seems well made. My only complaint is that it is hard to tell at a glance which zippers open the main compartment and which expand the main compartment. When I get home, I will put some colored cable ties around the former (through the holes designed for a small padlock), which will solver the problem.

Surprised at negative reviews. I've owned this bag for about a year and love it. Use it for both personal and business travel. It holds A LOT! Never had trouble carrying on any airline. Seems durable, although I've never checked the bag. Inside storage compartments are good. I detach the plastic sundries container to allow more space in the bag. Very pleased!

One airline would not allow this to be carried on because the wheels stick out too far. The zipper tab is cheap plastic and broke off on the second day of trip. I am going to try to return it.
