I like the bag - it has lots of space, and lots of compartments. When needed, I can carry both my laptops in this bag, easily.\nThe problems I've had are - the plastic clips break easily - one of mine broke in the first week. it's still usable, but it is broken.\nSecondly, the shoulder strap slips in the clip - very bad for a laptop! It doesn't slip much, so I fixed it by tying the end of the strap. \nMinor issues, but they could have been avoided.
