The Bag was great, but one of the strap attach points failed about 4 weeks after using the product. Called Solo Luggage and left a voice mail and they contacted me back the same day and instructed me to ship the bag back and they would either repair the bag or replace it. This is a reliable company that I would buy from again, their product is of great quality and they support their product.
