I love this bag. The only problem I have is with the plastic zippers. After 2 weeks of use (and not heavy use), the zipper for the computer storage broke. The zippers need to be of a higher quality plastic or metal.

bag isn't as large as my previous Tarkus, and doesn't have enough pockets for gadgetry. so far, I am fairly content, but not overwhelmed. I don't mind spending good money on something that is the best. since this was a bit pricey, I assumed I was getting a bag head and shoulders above the rest.

I travel a lot for business on 1-3 night stays and need to carry a laptop. This bag has eliminated the need to carry a second duffle for clothes along with my briefcase. There is plenty of room for three days of clothes. It has a professional look and I can carry it on my back, over one shoulder, or on wheels. The quality surprised me. It is very, very, well constructed. Top grade materials and workmanship are a plus.

Between textbooks and computer notebooks, students are transporting a hefty load. My boys went through a couple of wheeled backpacks. The biggest weakness was the monopole handle. It simply couldn't handle the torque. The bipolar handle here resolves this. We also had straps snap as a bag was picked up by a single strap. This bag is really well built, have had no issues with the two we own. Cavernous interior, macbooks safely tucked away and you're ready to roll, literally.

I bought this for my son to carry his macbook and school books. The bipole design is sturdy and provides stability. Beware the monopole designs! The amount of torque put on the pole will break the handle if you're carrying heavier items[...]this is a relly well made product.

I was looking for a solid wheeled backpack to avoid backstrain from carrying it too much on shoulders. Nice build quality, including thoughtful features like shield for wheels when carried as a backpack and ability to hide the backpack straps. Front zip compartment could be larger. Rear compartment holds alot, could be clothes for an overnight. Laptop slot very substantial with room in front for books and folders. Paprika Red color is very cool. Bag works well and is not so common like alot of other bags. Note that bag received has double pole system with zip to hide handle, rather than monopole -- while I wanted the monopole version, I think this one is likely more stable to navigate.
