The travelware manufactured by the Company is mainly polyester and/or ballistic nylon luggage sets. The main product categories of these collections are vertical and horizontal pullmans, pilot cases, wheeled carry-ons, casual luggage and sports carry-ons.
To insure quality in the finished product all raw materials and accessories are inspected before being accepted for use. Inspections are carried out throughout the manufacturing process. Random testing of semi-finished products is also done routinely, to ensure that they meet the Company's quality standards. Finished products are checked at random for strength, durability and flexibility and a final visual check, for quality control, is carried out before the finished products leaves the production line.

I travel about 200 times a year by air. I purchased this luggage because I wanted something stylish, yet durable. I love the appearance of this luggage, but on only the second trip, one of the gorilla baggage handlers was able to rip one of the wheels nearly completely off. On the third trip, the large piece struck something hard enough and sharp enough to rip completely through the hard shell of the luggage. If you are going to be the only one handling your luggage, I would recommend this set as it is light, easy to roll, and very attractive. If you are going to trust a baggage handler, though, watch out! You'll be the one at the baggage carousel looking in horror as your bag comes out destroyed, and your personal items strewn across the belt.

Large bags weight of 10+ pounds greatly reduces the capacity of the bag which has to be under 50 pounds for every airline that I have ever flown.\n\nLarge bag held up well on our recent vacation to the Caribbean. The zipper on the product appears to be the weak point but did not have any problems on this first trip.

Corner of unit cracked open on first use. I only had garments packed and I traveled first class Internationally. The outside shell is not as durable as it looks. Great concept but not tough enough. Hopefully the warranty will cover!

On the medium size piece, both handles broke. It was weighed at 41 lbs. The larger piece was filled to 54 lbs. and it made a trip fine. I would not recommend to anyone
