To insure quality in the finished product all raw materials and accessories are inspected before being accepted for use. Inspections are carried out throughout the manufacturing process. Random testing of semi-finished products is also done routinely, to ensure that they meet the Company's quality standards. Finished products are checked at random for strength, durability and flexibility and a final visual check, for quality control, is carried out before the finished products leaves the production line.

I am very pleased with this luggage set. I recently took a 5 day trip and was able to cram all of my clothes in the smallest suitcase. There is plenty of room in the small suitcase and it fit comfortably in the overhead compartment. The inside zipper is great and helps to keep things nice and neat. The handle and wheels make it easy to maneuver through the airport, hotels, etc. My friend that traveled with me inquired about where I got my stylish luggage and I directed her to the luggage.com. Since they are lightweight, I made a point of putting heavier items near the bottom to maintain a low center of mass and reduce the chance of the bag tipping over. The two largest pieces are spinner and they roll very well on carpet, and the casters didn't make much noise until the floor had a pattern which resulted in some chattering.

I travel about 200 times a year by air. I purchased this luggage because I wanted something stylish, yet durable. I love the appearance of this luggage, but on only the second trip, one of the gorilla baggage handlers was able to rip one of the wheels nearly completely off. On the third trip, the large piece struck something hard enough and sharp enough to rip completely through the hard shell of the luggage. If you are going to be the only one handling your luggage, I would recommend this set as it is light, easy to roll, and very attractive. If you are going to trust a baggage handler, though, watch out! You'll be the one at the baggage carousel looking in horror as your bag comes out destroyed, and your personal items strewn across the belt.

Large bags weight of 10+ pounds greatly reduces the capacity of the bag which has to be under 50 pounds for every airline that I have ever flown.
Large bag held up well on our recent vacation to the Caribbean. The zipper on the product appears to be the weak point but did not have any problems on this first trip.

Corner of unit cracked open on first use. I only had garments packed and I traveled first class Internationally. The outside shell is not as durable as it looks. Great concept but not tough enough. Hopefully the warranty will cover!

I love this luggage. I have always had worries about my luggage being mishandled at the airport. Most of the time my luggage comes back broken due to this mishandling.I had absolutely no worries this time and it came back looking exactly like it did when they put it on the plane.

This luggage is super light. I've only travel with it no more than 3 times. I was amazed at how much it holds. I love the 4 wheels and the handles. I will never travel without this set. I highly recommend it
