The travelware manufactured by the Company is mainly polyester and/or ballistic nylon luggage sets. The main product categories of these collections are vertical and horizontal pullmans, pilot cases, wheeled carry-ons, casual luggage and sports carry-ons.
To insure quality in the finished product all raw materials and accessories are inspected before being accepted for use. Inspections are carried out throughout the manufacturing process. Random testing of semi-finished products is also done routinely, to ensure that they meet the Company's quality standards. Finished products are checked at random for strength, durability and flexibility and a final visual check, for quality control, is carried out before the finished products leaves the production line.
More on Traveler's Choice...We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

I use this for Business Travel. Pros: Enough room for a wireless printer, very easy to pull (I am 5'6", husband is 5'10"), both compartments open up to late flat for easy use, enough room for an overnight bag/comp case, comfortable hand strap, Ladies: not too heavy to carry. Cons: Says it is designed for up to 17" comp but the sleeve is too small, comp fits easily into area designed inside bag for the comp w/o the sleeve so get your own protective sleeve but make sure its fitted, zippered storage areas are sewn in flat so are tight. All in all, I am very happy with this bag. My husband travels also and used mine overnight then had to have his own. Does not look like a cheap bag. Very attractive. Great buy and definitely worth the money.
Service and delivery comments:
We ordered two cases at separate times. I paid for express delivery because I was going out of town with the first case and did not receive it on time. The second case was ordered w/o express delivery and came in same number of days as the first case. No refund received for express delivery rate.
