Purchased to use for over seas travel. So far so good.

These compression bags work as advertised, but they don't hold vacuum for more than a day or two. After that, you have to compress them again. If you have soft-sided luggage, the result is an overstuffed bag with stressed zippers. If you have hard-side luggage, just don't open it until you reach your destination.
