We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. Well constructed. Material appears to be durable. The hanger lock is great as are the velcro handles. The zippered opening is too small requiring garment to be stuffed through. Once inside, there is plenty of room for 2 suits and several shirts.
